Oritsejafor Yimika Emiko, 2025 Summer Intern
Yimika will be entering his senior year at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he is majoring in Biology. During his internship with MLKSB, he will assist with several key tasks, including outreach to faith-based leaders to confirm their continued interest in honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. during their worship services over the MLK Jr. holiday weekend. He will also support content updates on the Downtown Santa Barbara and MLKSB websites. Yimika’s internship will run from June 23 through August 2, 2025. We are thrilled to welcome him and look forward to an exciting and productive summer together.
